## Background and aims: Endoscopic submucosal dissection (esd) has recently been applied to the treatment of superficial colorectal cancer. clinical outcomes compared with conventional endoscopic mucosal resection (emr) have not been determined so our aim was to compare the effectiveness of esd wit
