## Abstract To explore the clinical effects of inflammation associated with vascular deposits of the amyloid Ξ² peptide (AΞ²), we analyzed 42 consecutive patients with pathologically diagnosed cerebral amyloid angiopathy (CAA) for evidence of an inflammatory response.
