✦ Synopsis
The triple-point of high purity deuterium (99.96% D2). sealed in high pressure cells has been measured. The traditional spin catalyst of hydrous ferLFc oxide has been found unsuitable due to hydrogen contamination. Results using Gd,O, are reported, which suggest it may be a satisfactory alternative catalyst.
