โœฆ Synopsis

This guide for students, water professionals, and concerned citizens provides an introduction to water quality and water pollution control. Environmental engineer Vigil describes the basic scientific principles behind water pollution control and explains the broader approach of watershed management. He also suggests ways for citizens to apply what they have learned about clean water at home and in the community. The first edition was published by Columbia Cascade Publishing in 1996 under the title Clean Water: The Citizen's Complete Guide to Water Quality and Water Pollution Control.
