Classical Syndromes in Occupational Medicine

In past decades, astute observers have described clinical and pathological syndromes which have identified occupational causes of disease. This has had the advantage both of assisting in the diagnosis of such problems and directing efforts for their public health control.

With this issue, the Journal continues reports of such syndromes. These will range from broad reviews to illustrative case reports. It is anticipated that they will complement the research contributions and reflect the continuum of occupational medicine in time, as well as its spectrum from basic science to clinical management.
