✦ Synopsis
The Cini's model was applied to describe experimental Ti(LMV) and Ti(LM)O(V) Auger lines of titanium oxides formed during oxygen chemisorption on TiNi surfaces. Based on the experimental Auger LMV titanium lines and on the differential two particle density of states (DOS) the relation between stoichiometric coeffcients x, y of the Ti V O W titanium oxides and the Cini parameters º/» was determined. The resonance Cini's model was used for description of the KVV carbon Auger lines in the titanium carbide formed during carbon chemisorption on TiNi surface. Comparison of the theoretical and experimental differential lines was carried out using the asymmetry parameter of the KVV Auger lines.
