We present the clinical, roentgenographic, and histologic abnormalities in a stillborn infant with Blomstrand osteochondrodysplasia. Parental consanguinity and multiplex occurrence in the patients' sibship confirm the hypothesis of autosomal recessive inheritance of this monogenic lethal entity. The
