Abstract
We report on a patient with pathologically proven variant Creutzfeld‐Jakob disease in whom chorea was a presenting feature of the disease, and was unaccompanied by the typical prodrome of psychiatric disturbance or sensory symptoms. © 2003 Movement Disorder Society
