## Abstract Peroxisome proliferator‐activated receptors δ (PPARδ) is known to be expressed ubiquitously, and the predominant PPAR subtype of cardiac cells. However, relatively less is known regarding the role of PPARδ in cardiac cells except that PPARδ ligand treatment protects cardiac hypertrophy
