## Abstract Cystic lymphangioma of the pancreas is an extremely rare benign tumor of lymphatic origin. We report on a 68‐year‐old woman who had experienced epigastric abdominal distension and nausea for over 1 year. Sonography revealed a cystic‐solid mixed mass in the head of pancreas, with intrahe
