✦ Synopsis

Abstract

Ausgehend von o‐Hydroxy‐acetophenon wurde ein Chloramphenicol‐Analogon synthetisiert, das anstelle der p‐Nitro‐ eine o‐Hydroxy‐Gruppe und anstelle der Dichloracetaminogruppe einen Thiocarbamidrest enthält. Auch aus anderen substituierten Phenacylbromiden wurden Thioharnstoffderivate dargestellt, um sie auf ihre chemotherapeutische Wirksamkeit zu testen.
