Brazil: BASF -chrome pigments
Amplifying on the news item in 'Focus on Pigments ', Feb 2002, 4, 'QL' reports that the closure of BASF's lead chromate pigments plant at Sao Caetano do Sul (in Sao Paulo province) will result in the loss of 94 jobs. In future, Latin American customers' requirements for lead chromate pigments will be met from BASF's German facilities.
