โœฆ Synopsis

"China from Different Perspectives" is a textbook designed for non-Chinese heritage students who have learned Chinese for two years and for Chinese heritage students who have learned Chinese for one year.

This textbook consists of twelve lessons, divided into six thematic units: โ€œOne Child Policy and Their Educationโ€, โ€œMarriage and Familyโ€, โ€œFood and Festivalsโ€, โ€œSociety and Its Changesโ€, โ€œSongs and Historyโ€, and โ€œInternet and Modern Life. The texts provide students with a different perspective in understanding Chinese history and its current situation. In addition to key vocabulary, sentence patterns, new vocabulary list, and various exercises, each lesson also contains pre- and post-class analysis questions, and is accompanied by four supplementary readings.
