## Abstract We have used immunocytochemistry to demonstrate that the EAST protein in __Drosophila__, which forms an expandable nuclear endoskeleton at interphase, redistributes during mitosis to colocalize with the spindle matrix proteins, Megator and Skeletor. EAST and Megator also colocalize to t
