Chest wall hamartoma is a rare tumor and is usually diagnosed after birth.' A report2 described the prenatal sonographic appearance of a chest wall hamartoma which was diagnosed by neonatal chest x-ray and neonatal chest computed tomography. In our case, chest wall hamartoma was diagnosed prenatally by ultrasonographic examination and computed tomography.
