β¦ Synopsis
Vaporization of LaCrO3: Partial and Integral Thermodynamic Properties.
-Vaporization studies of LaCrO3 and LaCrO3 + La2O3 phases in the temp. range 1887-2333 K by Knudsen effusion mass spectrometry show the presence of Cr(g), CrO(g), CrO2(g), and LaO(g) in the vapor. Their partial pressures are determined and the thermodynamic activities and thermodynamic properties for the formation of LaCrO3 from Cr2O3(s) and La2O3(s) are evaluated. The volatility of LaCrO3 in different atmospheres at high temp. is shown by computations of the vaporization. -(PECK, D.-H.; MILLER, M.;
