Nucleophilic Substitution of Hydrogen in the Reaction of 1,2,4-Triazine-4-oxides with Cyanides. -The formal replacement of a hydrogen by cyanide or alkoxy group in compounds such as (I) is reported. The products are obtained in "high" yields.
