Abstract

The title compounds are prepared by solid state reaction of stoichiometric mixtures of CuO, Fe~2~O~3~, and PtCl~2~ (1050 °C, 15—25 h) and characterized by powder XRD, SEM, and thermoelectric measurements between 300 and 960 K.

Delafossite-type \(\mathrm{AgCO}_{x} \mathrm{Ni}_{1-x} \mathrm{O}_{2}(0 \leq x \leq 0.5)\) solid solutions have been prepared by an exchange reaction of the corresponding \(\mathrm{Na}\) compounds with molten \(\mathrm{AgNO}_{3}\). Magnetic and electrical properties have been investigated. The metal
