The Cu 2 SiS 3 -CdS System.

-The formation of the compound Cu 2 CdSiS 4 by solid state reaction in the Cu 2 SiS 3 -CdS system is established. The ternary sulfide melts incongruently at 1251 K with polymorphous transitions in the temperature interval 1198-1210 K.
