Synthesis of Sr 1-x LnxCuO 2 (Ln: Nd, Pr) Infinite-Layer Phases from Double Oxides at High Pressures and Temperatures.

-A novel and effective method for the synthesis of infinite layers of superconducting phases Sr 1-x LnxCuO 2 (0.075 ¡ x ¡ 0.19) is developed. The obtained samples are characterized by an oxygen deficiency in the CuO 2 layers. Structural and magnetic characteristics of the obtained ceramics are compared with corresponding values of samples prepared by alternative methods. -(D'YACHKOVA, T. V.;
