Synthesis of Novel Chiral Diazole Derivative Ligands for the Enantioselective Addition of Diethylzinc to Benzaldehyde.
-The high pressure promoted reaction of epoxides with several nitrogen heterocycles represents an access to a variety of chiral title ligands (13 examples). Each of these ligands is tested as catalyst in the enantioselective addition of Et2Zn to benzaldehyde.
