Synthesis, Lipophilicity and Biological Properties of Some Novel 1H-1,2,4 Triazole Derivatives.
-The new structures are evaluated as potential antiviral, antibacterial and antifungal agents. The lipophilicity of these compounds is investigated using calculation procedures. Triazoles of type (X), (XI) and (XII) are less lipophilic than triazoles of type (III), (V) and (VII) due to the presence of the adamantyl moiety. None of the compounds shows specific activity against influenza virus.
