✦ Synopsis
Synthesis, Dimroth Rearrangement and Blood Platelet Disaggregation Property of Pyrimido[4',5':4,5]selenolo[2,3-b]quinolines: A New Class of Condensed Quinoline. -Compounds of type (VI) and (Xb -d) are tested for their inhibitory action against blood platelet aggregation. The results indicate that the compounds are active against blood platelet aggregation induced by collagen, while they are almost inactive against the aggregation induced by ADP. -(NANDEESHAIAH, S.
