## Exclusive cis-1,4-Addition Reaction in the Bromination of 2,5-Bis(trimethylsilyl)thiophene Monooxide. -2,5-Bis(trimethylsilyl)thiophene monooxide (I) reacts with elemental bromine to give highly selectively the cis-1,4-adduct (II). Prolonged stirring of (II) at room temperature leads to comple
