Stille and Suzuki Cross Coupling Reactions of o-Nitrophenyl Triflates: A Versatile Route to a Variety of Heterocycles.

-The cross coupling reaction of arylboron or arylstannane substrates with selected o-nitrophenyl triflates gives comparable yields of 2-nitrobiaryls which provide ready access to a variety of substituted heterocycles such as carbazoles (VII) and (X).
