Stereoselective Synthesis and Application of (E)-α-Selanyl Vinylstannanes.

-The palladium(0) catalyzed hydrostannation of acetylenic selenides (I) affords regio-and stereoselectively α-selenyl vinylstannanes ( III) with E-configuration. Treatment of compounds (III) with iodine results in an iododestannylation furnishing the corresponding stereodefined α-iodovinylselenides (IV). -(HUANG, X.;
