Stereoselective Intermolecular Oxymercurations of Allylic Ethers.

-The regioselectivity is complete in all reactions investigated; the diastereoselectivity depends on the alkene geometry and the substitution pattern. The results may be of interest for the preparation of polyoxygenated molecules.
