Single Solution Phase Conformation of New Antiproliferative Cembranes.

-Flabellatene A (I) and the corresponding epoxy derivative flabellatene B are isolated from the extract of the Antarctic sponge Lissodendoryx flabellata. Compound (I) shows cytotoxic and antiproliferative activity against mammalian tumor cells.
