## Abstract Nitrogen‐doped BaTiO~3~ is synthesized by solid state reaction of BaCO~3~ and TiO~2~ (1200 Β°C, 12 h) followed by sintering in NH~3~(67%)/Ar at 600 Β°C for 4 h.
