Resolution and Biological Activities of Optical Isomers of 1,4-Diethyl-3,6-epidithiopiperazine-2,5-dione.

-The first example of a resolution of a epipolythiopiperazine-2,5-dione compound using chiral chromatography is reported. Both enantiomers of the title compound (I) prove to be biologically active.
