Reaction of Substituted 1,3,2-Dioxaborinanes with Acetonitrile. -Reaction of substituted 1,3,2-dioxaborinanes (I) with acetonitrile in the presence of sulfuric acid results in the formation of 1,3-oxazines (III). A possible reaction mechanism is discussed.
