Reaction of Aliphatic Amines with Acetoacetanilide in the Presence of Zeolite Catalyst.

Solvent-Free Synthesis of Symmetric N,N'-Dialkylureas.

-The methodology allows an efficient and simple access to the title compounds. An extent to secondary amines leads to formation of mixtures containing unsymmetrical trisubstituted and symmetrical tetrasubstituted ureas.
