RbAg 2 As 3 Se 6 : A Unique Three-Dimensional Silver-Selenoarsenate Framework 3 ∞ [Ag 2 As 3 Se 6 ] -, Assembled from [As 3 Se 6 ] 3-Rings and "Ag 2+ 2 " Dumbbell Units. -The title compound (IV) crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2 1 /n with Z = 4. The structure contains As 3 Se 6 3- rings with chair conformation, which are connected via trigonal-planar coordinated Ag + ions to form a three-dimensional framework. There are two crystallographically distinct Ag atoms, both having relatively short Ag•••Ag distances of 2.927 and 3.033 Å, respectively. The Rb + cations are located within octahedral holes made of two As 3 Se 6 3-rings, which coordinate in an unusual crown-like manner.
