β¦ Synopsis
Properties of Mixed Oxides Based on Neodymium Chromite in Oxidizing and Reducing Atmospheres.
-The crystal structures and electric properties of neodymium chromites of general composition Nd 1-x CaxCr 1-y CuyO 3 (x = 0.2, 0.3, 0.4; y = 0-0.2) are established and the effect of partial substitution of chromium ions by copper ions on the properties of the chromites in oxidation-reduction media (p(O 2 ) = 10 4 -10 -12.5 Pa) at 770-1270 K are studied. Solid solutions Nd 1-x CaxCr 1-y CuyO 3 possess an orthorhombic perovskite structure and prove to be p-type semiconductors. -
