โฆ Synopsis
Properties of Dielectric BaTiO 3 Thin Films Prepared by Spray Pyrolysis. -Both smooth and highly porous films are deposited depending on deposition temp. and rate. As-deposited films contain an unidentified, low-symmetry Ba titanate modification. Annealing at 500-900 โข C converts the films to the cubic phase, while annealing at 1000 โข C produces the tetragonal phase and an increase in the grain size. The films are highly dielectric with DC resistivity in the 10 10 -10 12 โฆโขcm range. The effective dielectric constant (20-25 at 10 kHz) is possibly determined by amorphous grain-boundary region with high density of traps. -(GOLEGO, N.;
