✦ Synopsis

Permethylated Cyclodextrins as Chiral Solvating Agents for the Determination of the Enantiomeric Composition of Apolar Substrates by NMR. -Ongoing studies show the efficiency of permethylated β-cyclodextrin for the title purpose with racemic compounds such as (I) and (II). Additionally, the usefulness of permethylated α-cyclodextrin is also shown and it seems that both cyclodextrins show complementary enantiodiscriminating abilities.
