PD 176252 -The First High Affinity Non-Peptide Gastrin-Releasing Peptide (BB 2 ) Receptor Antagonist.

-Based on preliminary results a novel class of compounds is developed and then investigated for their gastrin releasing peptide (BB 2 ) receptor antagonistic activity.
