✦ Synopsis

Palladium-Catalyzed Tetramolecular Cascade Processes Incorporating Allene and Carbon Monoxide. -Aryl iodides (I) readily undergo a chemo-and regio-specific Pd-catalyzed four-component cascade process leading to formation of four new bonds. Initial oxidative addition of Pd(0) with aryl iodides followed by incorporation of CO and allene and final termination by nucleophiles provides the functionalized ketones (V) and (VII)
