We report the synthesis and the structural properties of a new oxygen-deficient perovskite with the formula \(\left.\left(\mathrm{La}_{1-x} \mathrm{Sr}_{x}\right)_{4} \mathrm{Cu}_{4} \mathrm{O}_{10}(x=0.1429)(\mathrm{Sr} / \mathrm{La}=1 / 6): 4-4-10\right)\). It crystallizes in an orthorhombic cell
