LnZnPO, LnZnAsO, and LnZnSbO compounds with Ln: Laβ€”Nd, Sm, Gd, Tb, Er, and Tm are prepare by reaction of Ln, ZnO, and the corresponding pnictide in a NaCl/KCl flux (evacuated quartz tube, 770 K, 1 d; annealing at 1120β€”1170 K, 6β€”24 h).
