Novel Series of O-Substituted 8-Quinolines and 4-Benzothiazoles as Potent Antagonists of the Bradykinin B 2 Receptors. -The synthesized title series of 8-quinolines (VIII) and 4-benzothiazoles (IX) are investigated for the desired bradykinin B 2 receptor antagonistic activity. The 8-quinoline series is found to be more potent in nanomolar range than the 4-benzothiazole series with the most potent compound (VIIIb). -(HEITSCH, HOLGER;
