New Weapons in the Fight Against Cancer. -Taxane derivatives (I) and (II) exhibit high multidrug resistance reversal activity against drug-resistant breast cancer cells when coadministered with anticancer drugs such as paclitaxel and doxorubicin. Their negligible cytotoxicity makes them attractive candidates to clinical trials.
