-The regioselectivity of the nucleophilic attack of phenolates (II) to π-allyl(Pd) complexes generated from 1,3-and 2,3-dibromopropenes (I) and (V) are examined. The formation of (III) from the 1,3-dibromo derivative (I) involves a primarily attack at the central carbon of the allyl complex.
