New Efficient Synthetic Routes to Enantiomerically Pure Fluoroalkyl( arylsulfinyl)methyl Imines and Amines. -Two efficient routes for the preparation of enantiomerically pure fluoroalkyl(arylsulfinyl)methyl imines are reported. Hydride reduction of the imines (IIIa) and (IIIc) gives the diastereomeric sulfinylamines (VIII) and (IX) of which (IXc) is deprotected by CAN to the chiral sulfinylamine (X), a known precursor of 3,3
