Newly synthesized trans‐bis(tricyclohexylphosphine) palladium complex obtained by treatment of dimeric benzothiophene‐based palladacycles with an excess of phosphine, is found to be an active catalyst in the Suzuki coupling of electron rich aryl chlorides.
