New C 2 -Symmetrical Ferrocenyl Diamines as Ligands for Ruthenium Catalyzed Transfer Hydrogenation. -The use of new C 2 -symmetrical ferrocenyl diamines, prepared according to a previously published protocol, as ligands for the enantioselective ruthenium-catalyzed transfer hydrogenation of ketones with 2-propanol as the hydrogen source is investigated in detail.
