New 5- e][1,4]diazepin-11-ones with Antiarrhythmic Activity.

-The tested compounds (I) show antiarrhythmic activity in various testing models. Especially noteworthy is that therapy of bradycardic arrhythmics occurs without decrease of heart rate.
