Nb, Ta): New Lithium Ion Conductors Based on the Perovskite Structure.
-A new series of title compounds that exhibit excellent lithium ion conduction is designed. The perovskite oxide of formula LiSr 1.65 6t 0.35 Zr 1.3 Ta 1.7 O 9 (6t: vacancy), which contains stable Zr(IV) and Ta(V), appears to be a good electrolyte material for all-solid-state lithium battery application. -(THANGADURAI, V.;
