โฆ Synopsis
Incorporation of Li(I) into the Fluoroapatite Lattice.
-Calcium fluoroapatite (hexagonal, P6 3 /m) in the lattice of which Ca 2+ positions are replaced by Li + according to Li 2x Ca 10-x (PO 4 ) 6 F 2 (x = 0.5, 1.0, 1.5) are prepared by solid state reactions and characterized by powder XRD and IR spectroscopy. Li incorporation leads to a distortion of the apatite structure, which is significant for Li 3 Ca 8.5 (PO 4 ) 6 F 2 , and to a slight decrease of the unit cell volume. -(URQUIZA, N.
