High Affinity, Selective Neurokinin 2 and Neurokinin 3 Receptor Antagonists from a Common Structural Template.

-Starting from a common lactam (I) two types of neurokinin receptor antagonists (IV) and (V) can be prepared by simple reaction sequences.
